Your duties

What you’ll do

Develop highly performant applications in React: Design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable features to shape our platform and partnership integration
Stay Up-to-Date with Latest Technologies: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply them to enhance our frontend systems.
Performance Profiling and Monitoring: Utilize tools such as Datadog and Sentry to identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal system performance.
Knowledge Sharing: Share your knowledge and best practices with teammates to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Pair Programming: Embrace collaborative development through pair programming sessions, contributing to a culture of shared expertise and problem-solving.
Code Quality: Ship clear, maintainable, and thoughtfully commented code, contributing to a codebase that reflects excellence in both functionality and readability.
Write Comprehensive Unit and Higher-Level Tests, identify testing gaps, and utilize monitoring for feedback

What You’ll Need

2 - 3 years of professional experience with React and web technologies
Experience with JavaScript-based-frameworks
Experience with testing frameworks to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
Competencies with version control systems, preferably Git
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Proven track record of always learning and growing
You have a proactive and problem-solving attitude

Nice to have

Experience with React Native for building cross-platform mobile applications

Working with Us: Remote First and Co-Working Week

Remote first: You can work from anywhere in Europe or from countries with a maximum time difference of 2 hours to Germany.
Workation: Twice a year you can also work outside Europe for up to 3 weeks.
Employer of Record: If you work outside of Germany, you will be hired through an Employer of Record who will take care of all legal matters and payroll.
Co-working week: During this week, all employees come together twice a year at an inspiring location to work together, exchange ideas and simply have a good time.
