Operations

The Operations team is at the core of the platform, ensuring smooth support for both doctors and patients.

From first and second-level customer support to billing and customer success, everything that keeps the services running efficiently is managed. On the technical side, the emphasis is on optimizing backend and back-office processes.

New normal, new work? Yes, because we believe in change!

Since 2020 we have been working "remote first" and let everyone decide where they want to work.

This means you can work from anywhere in Europe or from countries with a maximum of 2 hours time difference to Germany. Whether you prefer the sunny south or the tranquillity of Scandinavia – the choice is yours!

If you're itching to travel beyond Europe, you can combine it with working outside the continent for up to three weeks twice a year.

If you work outside of Germany, you will be employed through an Employer of Record. This way, you can focus entirely on your work while we take care of the rest.

To foster personal contact and creative exchange, we organize a Co-working week twice a year. During this week, all employees come together at an inspiring location to work, share ideas, and simply have a great time.
