Medical
The mission is to create accessible healthcare in a way that works best for both patients and doctors, bringing them together. The goal is to simplify the experience to a level where both doctors and patients feel comfortable.
Employed doctors provide advice to patients from their home offices via phone or live chat on medical and general health issues. They conduct in-depth research themselves or refer patients to specialists within the network if needed.

Since 2020 we have been working "remote first" and let the employees decide where they want to work.
Remote first
This means you can work from anywhere in Europe or from countries with a maximum of 2 hours time difference to Germany. Whether you prefer the sunny south or the tranquillity of Scandinavia – the choice is yours!
Workation
If you're itching to travel beyond Europe, you can combine it with working outside the continent for up to three weeks twice a year.
Employer of Record
If you work outside of Germany, you will be employed through an Employer of Record. This way, you can focus entirely on your work while we take care of the rest.
Co-working week
To foster personal contact and creative exchange, we organize a Co-working week twice a year. During this week, all employees come together at an inspiring location to work, share ideas, and simply have a great time.
