We're looking for a (Junior) AI Automation Specialist (m/f/d) to play a key role in developing and optimizing our new bot infrastructure for both patients and doctors. This is a unique chance to shape how we interact with our users and significantly improve our support processes.

Your duties

Your Mission

  • Lead Bot Development: You'll be the go-to person for building and optimizing our bots using Zendesk and UltimateAI. This includes designing conversational flows, integrating a comprehensive knowledge base, and connecting with other essential tools like Make.

  • Zendesk Optimization: Collaborate closely with our support teams to analyze our current Zendesk setup. You'll identify opportunities for improvement, streamline workflows, and ensure we're leveraging the platform to its full potential.

  • Knowledge Base Management: Ensure our bots are powered by accurate and up-to-date information by actively maintaining and expanding our knowledge base.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with various teams to understand user needs, gather feedback, and implement solutions that truly make a difference.

  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify new features, technologies, and best practices to enhance our bot capabilities and overall support experience.



Your profile

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Business Informatics, Business, Informatics, or similar

  • High Level of Ownership: You're a self-starter who takes initiative and responsibility for your projects from conception to completion.

  • Openness to AI: A genuine enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and its potential to transform user interactions.

  • Technical Aptitude & Curiosity: You have a strong desire to learn, a quick logical grasp, and a keen interest in diving deep into new technologies.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: You enjoy tackling complex challenges and finding creative, efficient solutions.

  • Fluent in English and German


Bonus Points For

  • Prior experience with bot development or conversational AI.

  • Familiarity with UltimateAI, Zendesk or similar CRM/helpdesk platforms.

  • Experience with automation tools like Make, n8n or Zapier

  • Knowledge of SQL and strong analytical skills

  • Remote first: You can work from anywhere in Europe or from countries with a maximum time difference of 2 hours to Germany.
  • Workation: Twice a year you can also work outside Europe for up to 3 weeks.
  • Employer of Record: If you work outside of Germany, you will be hired through an Employer of Record who will take care of all legal matters and payroll.
