Your duties

What you'll do

  • 5* Patient Experience: You are obsessed with delivering the best possible experience for our patients

  • You ensure that every interaction within our Patient Apps is smooth, frictionless, and user-friendly

  • You deeply understand patient needs and pain points, translating them into high-impact product improvements and new feature developments that elevate the entire user journey from activation to everyday use

  • Communication & Alignment: You motivate your team, communicate efficiently and navigate them to reach your team goals together

  • You ensure the best alignment processes are in place and develop reports to track key metrics and illustrate the impact of your initiatives

  • Execution & Product Enablement: You play a key role in driving one of our core KPIs – a 5* Experience With strong project management skills, you coordinate cross-functional teams to execute efficiently and with high quality

  • Your deep product management expertise enables you to set clear goals, prioritize initiatives, and make data-driven decisions

  • With a strong focus on product discovery, you work iteratively, incorporating patient feedback to optimize usability, accessibility, and the overall experience

  • Strategy & Market Leadership: Your strategic vision will guide the team in creating industry-leading digital health solutions

  • You will position our platform as the highest-rated and most widely adopted health platform, setting new benchmarks (this includes long-term planning, continuous experimentation, and a deep understanding of patient needs)

  • You think outside the box to solve customer problems in a creative, innovative way

  • Leadership: Coach and mentor a 10-person cross-functional team of product managers, designers, and software developers who are always up for challenges and expect a fast-paced working style

  • 5* Experience Champion: You are passionate about building products that people love and you have a deep understanding of usability, accessibility, and frictionless user flows, ensuring that every product decision enhances the overall patient journey

  • You understand what it takes to create a best-in-class digital experience that is simple, intuitive, and highly satisfying

  • Data-driven Problem Solver: You think strategically while being able to dive deep into data and execution and you bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills to the table, ensuring customer understanding and product centricity are at the heart of every decision

  • Empathetic Product Leader: You have leadership experience in dynamic product environments and are experienced in managing leadership responsibilities and you're charismatic and deliver structured, open, and transparent communication, paired with a deep understanding of product development and project management

  • Product Visionary & Innovator: You have a strong track record of defining and executing a vision for an outstanding digital product experience – preferably for Apps

  • You have experience in making strategic decisions that set new standards for usability and user delight

Working with Us: Remote First and Co-Working Week

  • Remote first: You can work from anywhere in Europe or from countries with a maximum time difference of 2 hours to Germany.
  • Workation: Twice a year you can also work outside Europe for up to 3 weeks.
  • Employer of Record: If you work outside of Germany, you will be hired through an Employer of Record who will take care of all legal matters and payroll.
  • Co-working week: During this week, all employees come together twice a year at an inspiring location to work together, exchange ideas and simply have a good time.
