Your duties

How can you support this mission?
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving user growth and productivity on the physician-facing side of our platform. You'll work closely with our Product and Data teams to attract, activate, and continuously maximize the value of our users through smart strategies.

Your role with us:

  • CRM Execution & Strategy: You're the mastermind behind our CRM initiatives. Using tools like Braze or similar platforms, you create tailored content with the goal of activating users, increasing their engagement, and sustainably boosting their customer lifetime value (CLV).

  • Marketing Strategy: You develop and optimize marketing campaigns aimed at customer activation, retention, and reactivation across all relevant channels.

  • Data & Analytics: You continuously analyze user data to identify patterns, pinpoint bottlenecks in the funnel, and uncover untapped growth opportunities. Your insights lead to clear, actionable hypotheses.

  • Growth Strategy: You design, plan, and execute A/B tests and experiments across various channels (e.g., website, email, push notifications). You are responsible for analyzing test results and scaling successful approaches.

  • Reporting: You regularly track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), CLV, conversion rates, and retention rates to ensure transparency around the success of your initiatives.

What you bring to the table:

  • Growth mindset & love for experimentation: You are driven by growth, love to experiment, learn quickly, and adapt fast. You see challenges as opportunities for new tests and optimizations.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in German and English

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing CRM strategies that successfully drive user activation, engagement, and retention across the customer journey.

  • A proactive and results-driven working style with a strong hands-on mentality. You’re a problem solver who independently pushes projects forward.

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in cohort analysis, statistical methods, running experiments, and most importantly, turning complex data into actionable insights.

Working with Us: Remote First and Co-Working Week

Working with Us: Remote First and Co-Working Week

  • Remote first: You can work from anywhere in Europe or from countries with a maximum time difference of 2 hours to Germany.
  • Workation: Twice a year you can also work outside Europe for up to 3 weeks.
  • Employer of Record: If you work outside of Germany, you will be hired through an Employer of Record who will take care of all legal matters and payroll.
  • Co-working week: During this week, all employees come together twice a year at an inspiring location to work together, exchange ideas and simply have a good time.
