How can you support this mission?
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving user growth and productivity on the physician-facing side of our platform. You'll work closely with our Product and Data teams to attract, activate, and continuously maximize the value of our users through smart strategies.
Your role with us:
CRM Execution & Strategy: You're the mastermind behind our CRM initiatives. Using tools like Braze or similar platforms, you create tailored content with the goal of activating users, increasing their engagement, and sustainably boosting their customer lifetime value (CLV).
Marketing Strategy: You develop and optimize marketing campaigns aimed at customer activation, retention, and reactivation across all relevant channels.
Data & Analytics: You continuously analyze user data to identify patterns, pinpoint bottlenecks in the funnel, and uncover untapped growth opportunities. Your insights lead to clear, actionable hypotheses.
Growth Strategy: You design, plan, and execute A/B tests and experiments across various channels (e.g., website, email, push notifications). You are responsible for analyzing test results and scaling successful approaches.
Reporting: You regularly track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), CLV, conversion rates, and retention rates to ensure transparency around the success of your initiatives.
