Your Role with Us:
You provide support via chat, email, and phone, as well as TeamViewer appointments, to assist doctors with any concerns.
You are the point of contact for tricky questions, concerns, or problems related to video consultations for the doctors assigned to you.
Through your close collaboration and connection with the doctors, you are a key player for the entire company, helping to better understand the needs and pain points of the doctors.
Process Optimization: You identify potential improvements and actively contribute to optimizing our internal processes.
Complaint Management: You see complaints as opportunities for improvement and handle them confidently and customer-oriented.
Flexibility in Shift Work: You are willing to work in shifts from Monday to Friday between 7 AM and 7 PM in 8-hour shifts.
What You Bring:
Primarily, you are a communication professional in all facets, can express yourself professionally, and enjoy helping and teaching others.
You are empathetic, can easily put yourself in others' shoes, and remain calm under pressure.
You have completed vocational training, a degree, or other relevant qualifications.
Experience in customer service or customer success is highly advantageous.
Do you already have experience in the healthcare sector? Even better!
You speak German at a native level and also speak fluent English.
You are tech-savvy and quickly learn new tools.
You have a suitable workspace at home and a stable internet connection.
You value teamwork and contribute to a positive working atmosphere.
