We are constantly innovating and optimizing. That is why we chose to work with SCRUM in every team whether it be marketing or backend. To balance short and long term goals we work in two-week sprints and in six-week cycles.

We love our beautiful offices, but still keep up with the times. That's why we offer the possibility to work from the office or from the home office in our Remote First work model. Two "Co-Working Weeks" per year also ensure that we get to know each other personally.
